Disclaimer: The GKU and applicants have agreed to these terms and conditions. By using university resources, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additionally, you agree to be bound by any modifications, amendments, or changes made to the website by using it after they have been made. The university maintains the right to add, alter, modify, or remove any part of these terms and conditions.
Agreements: You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license by Guru Kashi University. This license expires upon your engagement with the university, your usage of the course or website ends, or this agreement is terminated. We maintain the right to instantly stop your access to the course if we have any reason to believe that login information, the course, or any associated materials are being shared.
- This acknowledgement and agreement means that you alone are in charge of any decisions you make about the courses offered by the organization, the contents covered in them, or any major adjustments you make to your personal or professional life.
- Your decisions about your business, your emotional and physical well-being, and any other acts or inactions you choose to take are all your responsibility.
- We disclaim any liability for any outcome, whether favorable or unfavorable, or for any fallout from your acceptance to the university.
You hereby acknowledge and agree:
- This acknowledgement and agreement means that you alone are in charge of any decisions you make about the courses offered by the organization, the contents covered in them, or any major adjustments you make to your personal or professional life.
- Your decisions about your business, your emotional and physical well-being, and any other acts or inactions you choose to take are all your responsibility.
- We disclaim all liability for any outcome, lack thereof, or other fallout that might follow from your admission to the university.
You acknowledge that using the course materials or the website in any way that could harm the program, the website, the services, or the university's overall operations is not acceptable. Additionally, you consent to not using the website or the course(s):
- To violate anyone's legal rights in any way, including by intimidating, harassing, or abusing others.
- To infringe upon any third party's or the university’s intellectual property rights.
- To distribute software or computer viruses that could harm someone else's property through uploading or other means.
- To commit any kind of deception.
- To participate in or launch any illegal lottery, pyramid, or gaming operation.
- To disseminate or publish any offensive or libellous content.
- To disseminate or publish any content that encourages hatred, violence, or discrimination against any group.
- To obtain information on people without authorization.
The website and the course(s) are only offered for informative purposes. You understand and accept that no fiduciary relationship has been formed between you and us, and that no information offered in the courses, materials, or on the website is meant to be used as legal, medical, or financial advice. You also acknowledge that you are taking part in this activity at your own risk. Regarding any advise or other information provided in the courses, in the materials, or on the website, we disclaim all liability. It is expressly forbidden to use courses for illicit spamming purposes, such as obtaining personal information and email addresses from third parties or sending bulk unsolicited commercial emails. The security of your account and its contents is not something we take on or accept responsibility for.

The remaining terms and conditions of this agreement will still be in full force and effect if any of the terms are determined to be void or unenforceable. You and the university do not enter into any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment arrangement as a result of these terms and conditions.
